Dell has officially announced its Inspiron Zino HD small form factor PC. The device can be configured for as little as $229. The Dell Zino HD is a better alternative to Intel Atom powered nettops. It also makes a good home theatre PC. The Inspiron Zino HD runs on Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. The base model is powered by a 1.6GHz AMD Athlon 2650e processor with ATI Radeon HD32000 graphics
